Do you know of a list? Also for example, if I wanted to make a dodge set for my rogue, i'd need all the BiS items for dodge. Idk bad example but im sure u get what i mean

So I now understand it's all about iLvl in BGs, but for shits and giggles I want to make specific item sets for my twinks to use in PvE (crit set, haste set, etc.) with the BiS enchantments and items for each slot. Has anyone taken the time do this already and if so is there a list that exists...

I just returned to WoW/Twinking for legion since late wotlk (lmao). Obviously a lot has changed. My main concern are stats and enchants/procs. I noticed in dungeons my 19 fury warrior has up to 42% crit yet in BG's it drops to 21% along with a few other stats. Also, do weapon procs such as SF/NR...

Would dual wielding shadowfang be optimal for a ww monk??

My 19's have warforged pieces that have the same iLvl (24) and stats and the normal items. However, my 19 hunter got a warforged belt with an iLvl of 34. It is by far the BiS (correct me I'm wrong). 7 agility, 10 stamina, 5 crit and 5 haste I believe. I haven't seen a Titanforged item though :(
