So i made one of the dragonlings and the sockets to put in them on my 19 but it tells me the item level is too low. Im definitely missing something here it seems

can you do it on the 99 get the cube by farming the rep on the 99 or does it have to be a 110

99 que's arent the fastest but they still pop. i'd say a avg of about 10min que, if solo quing.
