Really seems to be that this 10-50 scaling will only be available to alts of a main that has already leveled to 60. If that's how they're doing it, I can see the power gap between vets and f2p widening to the point that f2ps just quit/reroll a vet

All I know is that I would start helping Blizzard steal money from players and pledge allegiance to China if all gear from every source scaled to 50. I assume the level boost would be for level 50 as well.
