Hey all I do some casual twinking on a rogue at 19 and am currently working on a 29 disc priest. I am all good in understanding the ilvl for instanced pvp. What I'm looking for and can't seem to find is a guide for BiS for WPvP and duels. I'm assuming I'd be looking for a pre Legion guide but...

So I'm just wondering what the baseline ilvl is for 19s in instances pvp. I thought it was 24 but my buff says I'm getting a 1% increase at ilvl 42 on my rogue. Also do we know yet what the "breakpoints" are for stat increases? Just wondering if I'm close to one cause I can still get agm/hook...

I obtained a sinister scimitar during the legion pre patch. For what that's worth. Also the common legion blade will get a speed need in 7.1 from what has been said on here. Should still be BiS for off hand though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So then does it come down to the much higher damage of CLB being better or the stats from invasion gear/Shadowfang being better? Sorry beyond looking at the tooltip I'm very uneducated when it comes to how all the stats actually affect everything. I get the basics, just not the theory...
