I would be satisfied with Hamstring or some other slow. Or increasing Root of Charge so it just barely covers the time to travel. Or give Heroic Throw some other benefit (Rage generation, slow, anything)

Yeah, that seems to be the case. But it still procs pretty often for me. Really easy to get a train of kills with it. I actually prefer it to Fresh Meat. Not as easy to kite and Haste lets me keep building rage faster so I can use Rampage more often.

I haven't gotten to play Fury since the HP Buff. My Orc Warrior jumped from 5.8k to 6.4k and before the fix Fury was at 6.7k. I expect it to be around 7.3k

I think mos Hell, you will probably get gold capped before queueing for your first 20-29, honestly. Dungeon Belt/Cape, Gloves and several placeholder for ilvl 28 pvp rewards are going to need a few runs, which yields good amount of gold.

I was unaware of that. I will try out fury. I did try it out, but couldn't get too into it. Might need to force myself to play it a bit more, though.

So most of the dust from 7.1 has seemed to settle, with many bugs being resolved, it seems like all the work and love I put into my Arms Warrior was just time wasted. Survival Hunters basically have everything Arms Warrior has and more without the hindrance of Rage: With stunlock rogues...

Arms Warriors lost Tactician (Chance to reset CD on Colossus Smash) and Seasoned Soldier (10% increased damage with 2-h), which is pretty painful. In exchange for losing these useful passives, warriors gain Weapon Throw.

Are you sure? I have been playing a lot on plate wearers and haven't gotten a single pair of gloves. I also haven't seen anyone else 20-29 with gloves either. If they did they'd be BiS, but are not listed on any of the lists as such. As for the post about what drops, I know what you're...
