Has someone some data to compare both levels? Or maybe 2 chars at these levels and doesn't mind trying to solo Legion Dungeons (n/h/m) and Draenor / Legion Raids.

When you first get your artifact weapon it is item level 152. Enchant it right away with "weapon - mark of"-enchants. Now you can put relics in it to increase the item level. Done it myself and the enchant is working.

Good and bad. You like to farm old dungeons? You like Transmog and stuff? You will get less loot now because Blizzard changed the loot system for old dungeons too. So you will get less loot, less gold ... but prices will go up. So if you like to farm transmog, you will see less but for better...

725 Epic Version got nerfed hard and now has a normal amount of 2nd stats. 715 Rare Version still has the massive amount of 2nd stats and is now BiS for Demon Hunters for example.
