EU+US Food / flasks for 10s?

Hai, i've just returned to WoW (after being burnt out by pre-legion invasions) and am really curious about what food and elixirs you guys use.

Also new to this entire site but my twink was made back in TBC and has been updated from time to time and i'd say its quite decent currently.

I can't post links yet but i'm "Legosoldaten" @ Hellfire on EU.

It's mostly the same as it's always been with the exception that the +4 Stam Food now also gives us +4 Versa too. The only real differences are all the "Spirit" items, including buffs, are now Versatility and the DMF added a bunch of 20 min Elixirs back in WoD that work at 10 too.

Mind you I'm talking about PvE/WPvP as all Buffs are stripped from any Character Level but x9 as soon as you enter a BG.

Easy to explain. My 10 Hunter Gringotts had just over 5400 HK's and quite a few WSG Achievements before the Account wide Achievement merge but got wiped of most of it. There was a Thread back on TI about this years ago, as I wasn't the only Account effected. I'm not saying that's why the OP only has 100 KH's but it's possible.

It was made late TBC but it was mainly a pet project of mine, i just tried to get the best possible gear and didn't do much bg's.
Dueling in Goldshire is what i did most. ^^

@Legosoldaten Reppin Hellfire! I have a lvl 12 priest in that guild too (used to be 10). Will look out for you in GS and give you a /wave.
