Hey man, I have spinal bifida too. Born with it because my mother got into a bad car addident while pregnant with me. My childhood wasn't normal. So many surgeries and things a kid shouldn't have to go through.
My back is a lot better, but I still experience stiffness a lot quicker than the average person.
You'll get through this man. If I can, I know you can too. From a person with the same conditions as you, my best advice would be to pray, pray and pray. You can't get through this alone and still make it out in 1 piece without help. You got this, pray.

Thanks, some days i just dont feel like talking to anyone but i should, i know i should its just really hard at times.
The support of others has got me where i am today and im so grateful for it even if im not the best at showing it, its good to hear your getting better, gives me hope to hear others and there experiences over adversity.
