EU+US 100 Rogue

Right after been playing a druid for a while i got more interested in trying out a Rogue.
Now i need some advice for a Assa Rogue he is still level 100 with crappy gear will need to sort out some ah shopping before i can even begin to play with him.

But my talens need to be sorted out since i have no clue what is good.
And is Mastery better then Agility for 101 farming/pvp?

Look at the armory thread. Some of the rogues might give you a good idea of what you should stack, I don't have a rogue. (yet)

How can mastery be better then agility, what do you plan on using? full cloth?
You use full leather as rogue, easy as it is. So no need to make priorities.
Look at the armory page to get an idea.
