no he's frost, he has 2 ice blocks, just doesnt know when to press them, ill say block about 5 times and he just dies. "Oh sorry got kicked on frost" and legit the other teams kicks were on CD so he wasnt kicked.

no. the kicks were on cooldown and were on cooldown for longer than he 'wouldve gotten locked'. he didnt get kicked, he died without blocking.
