Confirmation Blizz Dev Team Does Not Support Twinks (Even if the rules would allow it)

So gm told me that the Dev team specifically told the entire team that twinks are not supported what so ever. and goes to say its not against the rules but if its for twinks then fuck you guys. Glad to see the dev team goes out of their way to shun one of the oldest communities, funny how we find vast majority of bugs they fix for level reqs and exploitable items. But we still mean shit to them as paying customers who also play other aspects of the game

Development and the GM team are two completely separate departments. They cant even communicate with each other

Asking a GM anything that is regarding blizzard's stance on things(xept hax) is equivalent of asking the janitor of a school instead of a superintendent about some sort of how an educational program is gonna work
 
GMs are just average customer support with fancy name. They are there to help, not to answer questions about something they know nothing about.

They use google, wowhead and other sites as well. He just probably googled something about twinks and got this answer. It is possible that the information he send you is very outdated.

If u want answers from developers, use twitter.

They communicate what the hell are you talking about, this is directly from gm himself, I even asked the dev team aswell on twitter. Not hard to confirm things guys. Ik gms arent always right, but when multiple say the exact same thing obviously they have been told something.
 
That's unfortunate man, not surprising though. Blizz doesn't care even if we are paying customers, all we can do is find ways to stick it to the man. Or make some sort of post about this on the wow forums, of enough of us speak up maybe we'll get something out of it but I find it doubtful.

They do care and are grateful that you play the game in anyway you want (within the rules).
They do not balance game 100% around low levels or twinks, sure. Nothing new or surprising there.
They do not however trying to stop people from doing it. At least in any punishable way.

If they didn't care at all about low levels we would never have seen the changes that was made to it with legion.
Many specs now are much more fun than they have been before.

Since no one knows what the ticket is about idk why people are making assumptions, what I was asking was within the rules as the gm said, he told me specifically that dev team told them they are not to support people who are "twinks", made up or not, the stance the of the devs or not, this is still an employee of blizzard, and with multiple tweets to devs and none of them wanting to confirm nor deny leaves me disheartened, Im just posting what he said. You can believe gms are retards that know nothing and have no contact with other departments or w/e else, Im not here to have random stupid jabs thrown at me.

:O Nice WN8 (for reroll)... I would like to platoon, but I quit WoT like 2 years ago cos I started to suck (still better than 98% players tho). I have it still installed, but I will probably play like ret_ard... Tried like 60 battles 2 months ago and ended with like 1500 WN8 (terrible). So it is probably better if I stay away from WoT.

I am actually CS at Blizzard, this is well known among the twink community, you can ask anyone that knows me on this forum and they will confirm I am customer support / a game master. The devs set us guidelines that are updated every couple months, last time I saw them, which of course was today, there was no mention of twinks or any other term for the matter. Though what I will say is that we don't give a shit about anyone, and we will fuck with you as much as we can UNLESS we know for sure we will get a full rating on every slot on the GM survey (this includes recommending a game to friend, etc.) as anything less than a full 5 star rating counts for absolutely nothing for us, so we don't give a fuck. We literally talk complete shit about customers between ourselves and even big each other up for messing with a customer.

Basically, you got bamboozled, and I only hope someone from the office tells me this story tomorrow (assuming you are EU).
