Buy a token, then buy cheap BoE epics and flip them for profit to afford the ones you want for your twink. Mail epics are usually super cheap, should be easy to snag all 4 of those. Six-feather fan will cost you tho.

He dropped loot for you at 99? That's weird, didnt know he did that. No felblight tho, right? They scale down as low as 98 depending on the level of the person they drop for. At 99 they are 746 ilvl. edit- the legion ones do - the WoD bracers he got there will still be 100.

The biggest "problem" going to 102 for me is that legion mobs all increase to 102 as well, gaining like 50% health. So for soloing dungeons and whatnot, it just takes that much longer. WoD and below probably got easier tho.
