No they aren't, mobs die way too fast for that. Same with Bloodlet. Fel Rush and constant Eye Beam resets are all you need for large pulls, and both are weaker at 102. You only use Blade Dance/First Blood if Fel Rush and Eye Beam are on cooldown, or when you want to save them for a larger pack...
