    With the caveat that I mostly played 39 warrior in WOTLK... Not sure I'd run expertise on a 39 warrior because I dont WANT to limit dodges. more dodging means more overpowers.     as with all of this stuff, you can log onto the ptr immediately, seek out every little detail and its all going to change 7 or 8 times before it goes live and probably get adjusted after people whine about it a few more times before its set Best to just hang out and let it shake out post launch

    bad news: a lot of the archives got lost in various db scuffles, migrations, etc. good news: while the forums arent particularly popular with classic twinking folks, their discord is pretty active. There are probably some good resources there.
